Potenciar una xarxa o comitès de veïns i veïnes per fer projectes de millora física dels espais del barri que veiem insegurs, tenen poc manteniment o no són agradables, i així entre tots arreglar el mobiliari urbà, millorar la il·luminació, crear mini jardins o llocs de reunió pels veïns i veïnes, etc.... i d'aquesta manera convertir-los en espais més atractius i que els poguem utilitzar activament tot el veïnat.
